What's
Included in the Hire Charge
The
following items are included in the hire charge and do not need to be
pre-booked.
The
following items are included in the hire charge but are subject to
availability. These items need to be booked in advance.
Please
Note: Our 'Technology Package', which includes laptop, digital
projector and interactive whiteboard is now charged at £25 per day.
Priory
Street Centre can also provide wireless telephone conferencing
equipment at an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Other
facilities include office services*, drinks vending machines* in each
room, chilled filtered water, on site crèche facilities*. Good
quality catering* can be arranged to suit all tastes and budgets.

DAYTIME
USERS
(MONDAY – FRIDAY)
Keys
to your room should be collected from CVS reception, which is based at
15 Priory Street (the main part of the centre). Office hours are 9am
– 5pm.
If your event is held on a public/bank holiday or is likely to
continue after 5pm then please see below.
EVENING
USERS
Keys
to the building should be collected during office hours on the day of
the hire, or on a Friday for a weekend booking. You will be issued
with a special information sheet, which includes emergency telephone
contacts.
If you are unable to collect keys prior to your event then please let
us know.
