Details	The Fishergate Room is ideal for small meetings and workshop events seating up around 12 people. The room is carpeted and furnished with folding tables, comfortable chairs and conference/training equipment, including a flip chart, TV/video and OHP. Like our other rooms, there is a fair trade vending machine with tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room itself.

Audio Visual Equipment
Standard equipment such as flip charts, wi-fi internet connection, overhead projectors and hearing loops are all included in the hire charge. The following items are included in the hire charge but are subject to availability and need to be booked in advance - slide projectors, video cameras / players, PA system, recording equipment and laptops.

Please Note: Our 'Technology Package', which includes laptop, digital projector and interactive whiteboard is now charged at £25 per day. We can also provide wireless telephone conference facilities - please contact us for details.

Conference Toolkit
Priory Street Centre has been developed by York Council for Voluntary Service to meet the needs of the not-for-profit sector. We offer affordable, good quality rooms in a City where such accommodation is hard to find.
Each room is equipped with a conference toolkit, containing everything you’ll need. We can also supply high quality name badges, making it easy for you to identify conference delegates.
Please contact us in advance. Priory Street Centre can provide photocopying, laminating and other office services at a low cost.
