Refreshments

We offer a refreshments package of tea, coffee and biscuits for £2.16 per person per serving (£2.60 inc VAT).

This includes fresh filter coffee and a selection of both black and herbal teas. Decaf options are available and refreshments are served with biscuits. These are:

  • Prepared and brought to your room on self-serve trolleys
  • Measured out so that everyone can enjoy one cup per serving
  • Refreshed and replenished for each required serving time

Please note, we serve a 50/50 split of filter coffee and hot water. If you wish for these ratios to be altered, please speak to a member of the team when booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, any refreshments or catering consumed in our meeting rooms should be provided by the Priory Street Centre.

Samosas

Catering 

We offer a wide range of catering serving breakfast, lunch and snacks. The menu options shown are examples to give you an idea of what we offer. As we use locally sourced ingredients, selections and bread types may vary depending on availability, so menu choices can change from time to time.

Things to note: 

  • Prices are listed per person and are subject to VAT.
  • We have a minimum order of 8 people for daytime catering and 15 people for evening catering.
  • We require 7 days notice for all final refreshment and catering orders. This includes informing us of any allergies and preferences in the party.
  • Catering must be booked together with a room booking at Priory Street Centre; the service cannot be booked on its own.
  • Updated pricing will apply from 1 October 2026.

Caterer’s Allergy Statement:

Whilst we strive to accommodate allergy related requests wherever possible and take dietary requirements seriously, due to the nature of our environment and food preparation processes, there is a risk of air born contaminations and cross contact that we cannot entirely eliminate.
